Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and with any tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be sent with all duties and taxes prepaid. Any returns received with unpaid customs charges may be refused or any charges incurred may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that sale items, gift cards, and personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
